In addition to being incredibly adorable, kittens are also very curious creatures. They will find all kinds of quirky and amusing ways to explore their environment.
Sometimes that means playing with a rug. And sometimes that means learning how to skateboard, like the gorgeous kitten in this adorable video.
At first, this little kitten just paws at the skateboard, trying to figure out what it is. Then, they decided to hop around on the skateboard like a little bunny .
After a moment, they realize that the skateboard is moving when they touch it. That's when the lightbulb seems to go off in their furry little head, they decide to hop on the board to give it a little push and go for a ride.
As cute as their playful pouncing and chasing may seem, these behaviors have their roots in predatory feline origins. If you look closely, you can see that these playful antics resemble hunting patterns in larger cats.
