SUPERMODEL Miranda Kerr, 41, has revealed her anti-ageing rituals - and they're surprisingly affordable.
Despite having an estimated net worth over £46 million, she gives herself mini facials at home and believes consistency is the key to glowing skin, rather than fancy lotions and potions.
"I never go to bed without washing off my make-up and I'm very consistent with my morning and evening skincare routines."
When it comes to banishing puffiness, the Victoria's Secret Angel gives herself a gua sha facial massage some mornings.
A gua sha facial massage involves using a smooth-edged tool, typically made of jade or rose quartz, to gently scrape and massage the skin in upward strokes.
The technique promotes circulation, reduces puffiness and enhances the overall appearance of the skin by relieving tension and stimulating lymphatic drainage.
"Sometimes when I feel a bit puffy, I also love to do a gua sha facial massage in the morning," Miranda said.
"I use the heart-shaped Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptorl from KORA Organics to help massage the Noni Glow Face Oil into my skin.
"I keep that rose quartz gua sha tool on me to use throughout the day, to really help relieve tension.
