Getting down on her hands and feet, Gisele then demonstrated her Pilates-based workouts, which consisted of raising her torso and knees up in the air as she exhaled and tightened her core muscles.

The 45-year-old started her postpartum fitness journey by doing sets of five of these exercises, before increasing the number to 20.

Calling the exercises a ⁘game changer,⁘ the mom of three added, ⁘I took almost a full year to return to my regular workouts, and I truly believe slowing down made all the difference for me. It helped me rebuild my deeper core and protect my back.⁘
