In response to the accusations, Parker and her costars Kristen Davis and Cynthia Nixon released a joint statement saying, "We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it," per People.

TVLine later reported that Noth was to have a cameo in the finale episode of AJLT… season one, which was scrapped in the wake of the accusations.

In May of 2022, Parker told The Hollywood Reporter that she had not spoken to Noth since the accusations were reported but gave no additional details about their relationship.
