Meghan Markle's latest wellness advice is raising concerns, as experts urge caution. In her new Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex creates a DIY bath salt blend, but skincare professionals warn it may pose risks. The recipe, featuring Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, arnica oil, and lavender oil, was shared as a welcome gift for makeup artist Daniel Martin.

According to a report by DailyMail , Health experts caution that Meghan Markle's DIY bath salts, showcased in With Love, Meghan, could potentially cause skin irritation or burns.

The absence of precise measurements has raised further concerns, with esthetician Jennifer Christopherson urging, "Don't try this at home!"

DailyMail reported, this latest issue adds to the ongoing criticism of Markle's homemaking credibility, including her repackaging of store-bought snacks and use of the "Sussex" title. Despite the criticism, Markle defends her methods, stating, "The joy of hostessing for me is making people feel comforted."
